VetCell wishes to ensure that this new technology is only used in appropriate cases and is only carried out by veterinary surgeons or stud grooms that have the appropriate experience.

We therefore run training days for veterinary surgeons across the world which review the epidemiology of tendon injury, cover traditional and new therapeutic options and provide practical instruction in bone marrow aspiration and tendon implantation.  Exceptionally individual training may be available.

We also run “in-house” training for stud grooms in the collection of umbilical cord blood.  Individual Studs can arrange training by contacting VetCell.
