How to order

Cord Blood

Please contact VetCell at least 21 days before anticipated foaling date if training is required.

Please allow 7 days for delivery of collection equipment.

Please contact VetCell at least 24 hours before anticipated bone marrow extraction.

VetCell will arrange a collection time with the Couriers (DHL). Due to limitations on collection / delivery times, samples should be collected in the morning and only Mon – Weds (exceptionally Thurs).

VetCell will contact the practice within 5 days of aspiration to confirm that the sample contained viable cells and we will liaise with the practice to arrange a suitable date for delivery of cells. (~3 weeks depending on growth rate).

Delivery is usually in the afternoon (morning delivery is available at a premium).
